How do I redeem an offer?
Open the app, tap Redeem Offer, scan the brewery’s QR code, and show the confirmation screen to staff.
Can I redeem the same brewery offer more than once?
No. Offers are designed to be one-time per user for that brewery location and are stamped after confirmation.
What kinds of rewards are offered?
Rewards vary by brewery and state law. Depending on the location, rewards may include BOGO beers, discounted beer, food discounts, merchandise perks, or another special taproom offer.
Do I need to be at the brewery to use the QR code?
Yes. The QR redemption flow is meant for in-person use while staff can verify the confirmation screen.
What happens after I tap Yes, Confirm?
The reward is marked redeemed and timestamped so it cannot be used again for that same brewery location.
Where can I download the app?
US Brew Passport is available on iOS and Android through the App Store and Google Play.
Brewery Partner Questions
These answers are designed for brewery owners, managers, and staff who want to understand how the partner program works.
Do we need any special equipment?
No. There is no POS integration or special hardware required. Redemption is handled through the guest’s phone and verified by staff.
How does staff verify a redemption?
After the guest scans the brewery QR code, the app shows a confirmation screen with the brewery’s name. Staff can verify that screen before the reward is confirmed.
Can our brewery choose its own offer?
Yes. Breweries choose the reward they want to offer, as long as it fits local laws and the program guidelines.
What if our state has restrictions on beer discounts?
In those cases, breweries can offer an alternative reward such as discounted food, merchandise, or another approved taproom perk.
Can brewery partners download the app too?
Yes. Brewery partners are welcome to download the app to view their listing. The printed QR code is for customer redemption inside the app and does not act like a standalone coupon.
Should each brewery location sign up separately?
Yes. Each location should submit separately so the correct address, QR code, and redemption details can be tied to that taproom.
